Lee found the Employee Benefits field as a major carrier representative in 1995, spending 12 years as an Account Executive in Connecticut gave him the foundation to be successful in our unique Connecticut business market. In pursuing a more consultative approach to the industry, I began brokering business to employer groups throughout Connecticut and surrounding states. Currently hold insurance licenses in Ct, New York, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine, and California.

Lee has been an active Ct High School boys Lacrosse from 1994 until 2015, (2002 & 2010 Class L State titles). He then transitioned to girls youth Lacrosse to coach, train, and spend more time with his two daughters, now in High School.
